Hi my name is Alice Abbott and I have been in the early learning industry for 11+ years. I love interacting with the children, I often care for them from a very young age and I love watching them grow. That’s the beauty of family day care ,you have so much one on one interaction with the children. As an educator, I am guided by the children’s interest. Often the children and I will have a really good laugh at our artwork and our drawings. I sit and talk with them, sing songs and read stories. Other times we lie on the floor and play with the blocks and make constructions. I am also guided by the parents needs. I follow the same routines as the children have at home with their nap time and meals I offer school drop off and pick up I take the children to play group to interact with other children. we go on excursions and parks weather permitting.
